Arts
From beginners to advanced, from aspiring musicians to Varsity
football players, Mrs. Winzeler's piano classes impressed those that
attended the Prep's first ever Piano Recital.

This ground-breaking recital marks another first for North Pointe, as
piano was one of the new elective arts classes this year.

Students have been learning how to play since the beginning of the
year.  Some have never played before and some have played a
minimal amount or play other instruments.

Songs ranged from traditional Christmas songs, to classical pieces,
to modern songs like “Star Wars”.  “The students worked very hard
and this recital will reflected their dedication and hard work towards
learning a new skill," said Mrs.Winzeler, who teaches the Prep’s
piano classes in addition to high school choir.  "I am very proud of
each of them - especially those who have never played before."
