Mrs. Winzeler’s second semester piano class performed
their Spring recital in the Prep Theatre showcasing piano
solos as well as four piano ensembles that the Piano II
students have been working on since January.

Hearing 20 keyboards playing at the same time during the
ensembles was quite a treat.  A wide range of classical
and modern music was performed, from Chopin and
Bach, to a piece by Paul McCartney and John Lennon.

Highlights included Samantha Bravo playing
accompaniment for Allie McNally on “Innocence” by Avril
Lavigne, and Ian Woodwick performing a piece called
“Sunshine” that he composed himself.
