Privacy Policy
As a general rule, preptv does not post the last name of elementary students while identifying their participation in a school activity or promoting their accomplishment in Knowledge, Character,
and Leadership. Likewise preptv does not include any reference to a student in a posted jpeg or mpeg image file name. These precautions should eliminate parental concerns about a child being
identified as the result of an Internet search. However, in the event that a parent is uncomfortable with a posted text or image, preptv will remove the text or image upon notification.

North Pointe Tryout Policy - Athletes Must:
1. Be released from all previous sports/teams.
2. Have current AIA Annual Physical Evaluation and Annual Physical Exam Forms on file in the Athletic Office.
3. Have a current North Pointe Athletic Consent Form on file in the Athletic Office.
4. Have a current North Pointe Varsity Volleyball Agreement From on file in the Athletic Office.
5. Pay the athletic participation fee to the Athletic Office within three days of being listed on the team roster.

North Pointe Sport/Team Release Policy - Rostered Athletes:
1. May not tryout for another sport/team until their current season has ended.
2. May not tryout for another sport/team until all uniform/equipment has been turned in.
3. May not participate on two sports/teams at the same time without approval from the Athletic Director.
4. Who quit a sport/team may not tryout for another sport/team without approval from the Athletic Director.

North Pointe Volleyball Team Rules and Procedures
1. You will be on time to meetings, practice, and matches.
2. You will hustle during practice and matches.
3. You will maintain a neat appearance and not wear any jewelry at practice or during games.
4. You will wear spandex to every practice - no shirts or spandex with holes, rips or tears.
5. You will compete in practice and games without excuses.
6. You will adhere to practice and game area rules.
7. You will wear official school game attire during matches - black, purple, and white socks only.
8. You will be ready for a contest one-hour prior to the start - hair up, uniform and knee pads on.
9. You will travel to games with the team in a school vehicle.
10. You will demonstrate good sportsmanship to each other, the other team, and the officials.
11. You will not be distracted once we begin warm ups - cell phones must be kept in bag or locker room.
12. You will exemplify good character: “Participation in athletic programs is a privilege, not a right. To earn that
privilege student-athletes must abide by the rules and they must conduct themselves, on and off the field, as role
models who exemplify good character.” (AIA)
13. You are a Student-Athlete. Academics are always a priority, and before making a commitment to this team you
need to know that you are capable of balancing school with extra-curricular activities.
14. You will adhere to the North Pointe Student Handbook and all other guidelines set by the Prep and the AIA,
including eligibility requirements.
