Students pause to honor Veterans at Ceremony
North Pointe students honored those that have served and
are serving in the United States Armed Forces in a special
Veterans Day Ceremony Monday morning.

In recognition of Veterans Day,
the campus was decorated by
the Freshman Class and the
North Pointe's Arts Department
assisted with the ceremony.
The Prep Band played a
Patriotic Medley, the Jr. High

Choir teamed with members of the Speech Team for a
reader's theatre, and the High School Choir performed a very
moving song.
Captain Steven Cabrera, stationed at Luke Air Force Base,
was the guest speaker. He explained to students why those
who serve do so and challenged them to appreciate not only
their freedom - but those who have fought to secure it.
