became the 10,000th hit of the week (8/12-8/18).
"With back-to-back weekend coverage of the luau
and play, we were anticipating a great start to the
school year - but nothing like this," said preptv's
general manager Richard Gow. preptv online
experienced big numbers the first week in June
due to their extensive graduation coverage, 8729
hits, and the numbers stayed strong throughout
the summer.
"We were excited about last week's record 9380
hits (luau and play coverage) and were going to
post it but just ran out of time," continued Mr.
Gow. "Prior to this past week, we have done a
pretty good job of predicting big weeks - this one
caught us by surprise - especially what ended up
being 1481 hits on Saturday (8/18) and 10,032 for
