The High School Falcon Players’ presentation of The Mousetrap by Agatha Christie was a thrilling success! The cast was
invigorated by the audience's enthusiasm. From the curtain opening to the final closing the audience was enthralled by the
story and the cast. Raven Larson, playing Mollie Ralston gave a standout performance in her first high school role and
Zachary McCormick was an amazing Sergeant Trotter. There were some great comic moments provide by Frankie Marchi
as the flashy, messy-haired architect Chris Wren. The rest of the cast, Mallory Johnson, Tyler Hagans, Ben Cleaveland,
Rachelle Anderson and Payson Mosher also performed very well. “I am so very proud of this cast! They have achieved an
extremely difficult show in just four weeks, and they did a bang up job of it!”
Mousetrap is a story of a young couple, Mollie and Giles Ralston, who have started up a hotel in their newly acquired and
converted Country Estate. They are snowed in together with four guests and an additional traveler, who ran his car into a
snowdrift. Detective Sergeant Trotter arrives on skis to inform the group that he believes a murderer is on his way to the
hotel, following the death of a woman in London. When one of the guests is killed, they realize that the murderer is already
there. It quickly transpires that the killer could be any one of the guests, or even the hosts themselves. Come and see if
you can unravel this Agatha Christie mystery masterpiece!
