New weight room to help Falcons
"We can't determine what size our athletes come in," said North Pointe's Athletic Director Erin Idczak.
"But we can help them become stronger and faster. This weight room will provide our coaches what they
need to complete in the 2A Central."
The new weight room, which opens after the Winter Break, is the final piece of the Prep's five year
Athletic Development Plan. Previous aspects of the plan included the Nest, the football practice facility,
the remodeled cheer gym, the fleet of vans, the bullpen and batting cages and the recently added
athletic field.
