Jr. High Band plays at State Fair
Twenty-eight North Poitne band students played at the Arizona State Fair on
Wednesday, October 28. These eighth grade members of the Junior High
Band performed on the “Community Stage” at the North end of the park.

The Jr. High Band played eight selections of various styles at their
performance.  A tuba (Will Tucker VI), trombone (Addison Farmer) and alto
sax (James Clarke) trio also played.

After their performance, the band had a couple of hours to enjoy “Dollar
Ride Day”. Several students showed off their skills and won some great
prizes in the midway! This was the first time a North Pointe group has
performed at the State Fair.
