2A Central names Norman Athletic Director of the Year
North Pointe's Erin Norman has been named the Arizona Interscholastic Association's 2A
Central Athletic Director of the Year.
"I'm honored," said Coach Norman. "It's really a reflection of our wonderful coaches and
student athletes."
Coach Norman is also the Prep's Cheer Competition Coach (which won State and National
titles this year) and host of preptv's morning show.

Prep's Coach Harper named Coach of the Year
The Prep's Varsity Girls Basketball Coach, Robbie Harper, has been named the 2A Central's
Coach of the year. Coach Harper's Lady Falcons were runner-ups in the Metro Regional
Playoffs and advanced to the quarter finals of the 2A State Tournament.
The Prep's unbelievable Varsity Girls Basketball season came to an end as the Lady Falcons
fell to St. Johns', 39-23, in the 2A State Tournament quarter finals.

Falcons repeat as State Champions in Coed Cheer
For the second year in a row, North Pointe's Competition Cheer Team won the Arizona
Interscholastic Association's 1A-3A Coed Cheer State Championship.
Although the Prep's routine had a few stumbles and a drop, North Pointe's degree of difficulty
and the team's overall performance enabled them to secure the State Title.

The Prep has become the second largest high school in the Arizona Interscholastic
Association's 2A Conference according to AIA enrollment records.
Out of 38 schools, North Pointe, with an enrollment of 451 high school students, is second to
Camp Verde's 466. North Pointe was 11th largest last year. Click for complete 2A list
